Fitness Evaluation
We recognize that different bodies have different needs. That is why we offer a comprehensive fitness evaluation. Each evaluation lasts approximately 75-90 minutes and is personally conducted by Tara and Victor Martinez with assistance from a TDB staff trainer. Together they gather information about your health and fitness status that will help them design an appropriate and effective exercise program -- a program specifically suited to your body. The evaluation consists of:
Health History
Blood Pressure
Body Composition
Body Mass Index
Circumference Measurements
Analysis of Muscular and Skeletal Imbalances
Postural Analysis
Cardiovascular Efficiency
Muscular Strength and Endurance
Flexibility
Goals
