Reflexology
Developed in Ancient Egypt as a healing art and based on the premise that pressure points on the feet and hands connect to all the organs and systems of the body, Reflexology is the skilled application of pressure to these points to activate the body's own healing mechanisms. Reflexology reduces physical and emotional stress, increases delivery of oxygen and other nutrients to the cells, and helps eliminate toxins from the body. It is used to aid in relaxation, sleep disorders and other health problems as well as speed recovery from surgery.

Massage
Massage increases circulation, oxygenates the blood, reduces inflammation, increases joint mobility, promotes relaxation and feels good! We have massage therapists skilled in a variety of techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Reiki, and Sports Massage.

Alexander Technique
By teaching you to gently release habitual muscular tension, the Alexander Technique improves posture and encourages more efficient movement, creating greater freedom and ease in the body and reducing chronic pain. Dancers, actors, singers, musicians and athletes have long used the Alexander Technique to improve performance, increase stamina and reduce injury.
